Ordering & Payment

All payments made on are Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is safe and secure. We accept payments from all major credit cards by using Stripe commerce solution and your card details are not retained or visible to Ackurat employees.

Shipping & Delivery

Ackurat offers FREE worldwide shipping using FedEx. Swedish orders are shipped for FREE using PostNord. Once your order has been packaged and dispatched (usually within 24 hours), a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can track your item. A signature will be required upon delivery so please make sure you have entered the correct address info, including cell phone number and email address.

Estimated delivery time within EU and US: 2-5 working days.
Estimated delivery time rest of the world: 2-7 working days.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and Customs issues and are therefore only indicative. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are not the responsibility of Ackurat and are to be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. However, all deliveries are insured at the expense of Ackurat.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your Ackurat timepiece we are happy to provide a refund or exchange of goods within 14 days of purchase (minus shipping costs). Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.

Please note, Ackurat will not take responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred on returned items and all shipping costs, duties and taxes need to be paid for by the sender. If goods are faulty or damaged we'll pay your return postage. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. To initiate a return please contact us at for more info. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 2 weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Service & Warranty

Your Ackurat timepiece comes with a 2 year warranty valid from the original date of purchase, when bought directly from us or one of our official stockists. The warranty covers any mechanical fault or manufacturing issue that may occur during normal usage.

The warranty does not include daily wear and tear, water damage, battery replacements, damage or aesthetic changes to the case, crystal or strap.

The warranty comes into effect if you have a copy of the receipt, this is required for proof of purchase. Once you have returned your watch to us we will inspect and look to diagnose and fix the problem. If it cannot be fixed, a replacement will be issued.
